Privacy policy

This policy covers ozarkscustominsulation.com, operated as Central Missouri Insulation Quotes.
What is collected
When you submit an estimate request: your name, telephone number, email address, the project street address, city and ZIP code, and your answers about the project — type of work, main concern, approximate area, existing insulation, timescale, preferred contact method, and anything you write in the notes field.
Automatically with that submission: the page you submitted from, the referring website if any, campaign parameters if you arrived through a link that carried them, your IP address, and your browser's user-agent string. The IP address and user agent are used for spam prevention and rate limiting.
Consent record: the fact that you ticked the consent box, the version of the wording you agreed to, and when.
Bot protection: the estimate form uses Cloudflare Turnstile. Cloudflare receives technical information about the browser session in order to distinguish people from automated traffic. It is subject to Cloudflare's own privacy terms.
Site analytics: This site uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages are used. Google Analytics sets its own cookies and receives technical information such as your browser type, approximate location and the pages you view, and it is subject to Google's privacy policy. We do not use it for advertising, and it is not linked to anything you submit in the estimate request form.
Nothing else is collected. There is no advertising network on this site.
What it is used for
- Passing your request to one independent local insulation contractor covering your property address, so they can contact you about it
- Confirming the property is inside the covered service area
- Preventing spam and abuse of the form
- Responding to you if you contact the operator directly
Who it is shared with
One insulation contractor — the one covering your project address. They receive it so they can contact you and arrive prepared, and they use it under their own privacy practices from that point.
Service providers used to run the site: the hosting provider, the database and email infrastructure that stores and forwards the request, and Cloudflare for bot protection. They process it on the operator's behalf.
Where legally required.
Your information is not sold, and it is not shared with list brokers, advertising networks, or other contractors beyond the one your request is routed to.
Marketing
Submitting an estimate request signs you up to nothing. There is no marketing email programme and no SMS programme, so no consent is collected for either — a consent box for a channel that does not exist would be misleading.
How long it is kept
Estimate requests and their delivery records are retained while they are commercially useful and for a reasonable period afterwards for dispute and record-keeping purposes, then deleted. Spam-prevention records such as IP addresses are kept only as long as they are useful for that purpose.

Your choices
You can ask to:
- see what has been stored about you
- have it corrected
- have it deleted
- know which contractor your request was passed to
Email jordan.bressler@proton.me with enough detail to identify the request — the project address and the approximate date is usually enough. Requests are handled within a reasonable period.
Deletion here covers this site's records. If your request was already passed to a contractor, they hold their own copy under their own policy, and you would need to ask them separately. It is a fair thing to ask them for.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising cookies. Google Analytics sets cookies to count visits, as described above, and Cloudflare Turnstile may set what it needs to perform the bot check on the estimate form.
Children
This site is intended for adults arranging work on property. It is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from them.
Security
Information is transmitted over HTTPS and held in access-controlled systems. No system is perfectly secure, and no absolute guarantee is offered — but no more information is collected than is needed to arrange the estimate, which is the most effective protection available.
Changes
If this policy changes, the effective date above changes with it. Material changes to how information is shared will be reflected in the consent wording on the form before they take effect.
